Mia, our beloved “Property Pup,” has been a Pueblo resident her whole life and brings joy (and a few laughs) to the office daily. At six years old, she’s a true pro at property management life-whether she’s greeting tenants, inspecting properties, or helping with after-hours service calls. Though she’s only 12.8 pounds, her enthusiasm is huge, especially when chasing squirrels, going for rides, or playing with her favorite squeaky toys.
Known around the office as “The Parrot Dog,” Mia has a habit of perching on shoulders when she feels nervous. She’s also known for her early-riser spirit, typically up at 4 AM and ready to take on the day. However, if duty calls at 2 AM, Mia is right there, ready to support the team on emergency service calls.
While she loves nearly everyone, Mia has a bit of a standoff with our mail carrier, who may see her as a bit…intimidating. But for everyone else, she’s an adorable ball of energy and the perfect mascot of Real Property Management Steel City!
